Bit and Bridle Fitting Consultations
Are you looking to ensure your horse is comfortable in its current bit and bridle setup? Or are you here because you're having difficulty finding the right fit? Either way, you're in the right place!
Carissa is now a LANTRA-certified Bit and Bridle fitter through a program called Horse Bit Fit, based in the UK. There is currently no education or certification based in North America. She is now the only formally educated bit and bridle fitter in BC.
Carissa will not only assess all aspects of your horse's bit and bridle fit but will also educate you on what to look for in a proper fitting bit and bridle so that you can make the best decision for your horse's comfort in the future as well.
She will arm you with the knowledge of "why" the fit of the bit and bridle is so crucial to your horses' ability to move in a biomechanically sound manner.
