Shipping Options & Rates
We ship anywhere in Canada and the USA.
- Free shipping in Canada on purchases over $200.
- Free LOCAL DELIVERY on purchases over $200.
- Local delivery for $25 for purchases under $200
- Same day delivery on orders placed before 12pm. If orders are placed afterwards, your order will be delivered the next business day.
Local areas are: Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Mission, and Port Coquitlam.
Local delivery on lesser purchases is also available at an additional cost. If you have any questions please email us at info@steadfastequestrian.ca.
Oversized Items & Exceptions
Please note that for some large, bulky or heavy items, an oversize shipping charge may apply. Unless otherwise specified, oversize charges will still be applied where applicable to orders that qualify for promotional shipping discounts or offers (free standard shipping within Canada over $200, dollars off shipping charges, etc.). As well, if actual shipping charges exceed the posted shipping rates, we retain the right to apply additional shipping charges. If this situation occurs, we will always contact you for confirmation and approval.
Canadian Shipping Options
Shipping in Canada is fast and easy. Courier selection is determined based on a combination of cost, reliability, and speed. We may use a variety of national and established courier companies to ship your order. In some cases, your ship to address may limit courier options exclusively to Canada Post. These may include addresses with PO Boxes and remote locations.
United States Shipping Options (Continental US)
Packages may be subject to local customs and brokerage fees. These fees vary depending upon the nature of your order, are typically due at the time of delivery, and are payable by the consignee.
Please note that the shipment of some ingestibles and some alcohol-based products into the United States is restricted. Please contact info@steadfastequestrian.ca for any questions and concerns.
International Shipping Rates (Countries outside of North America, including Mexico)
Currently we do not ship internationally. However if there is something you would like to purchase please contact info@steadfastequestrian.ca and we can provide shipping rates upon request.
